Shipping and return policies for dally eek

Shipping Info

Tapes are shipped within 1 - 3 business days from the day the payment is received.

U.S. orders under 13 oz are shipped First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, and all others Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

From the date of shipment, shipping times are as follows:

U.S. First Class Mail: 2 - 5 days
U.S. Priority Mail: 2-3 days
Canada International Air Mail: 2-10 days
Overseas International Air Mail: 10 - 20 business days

Return Policy

EXCHANGES

You may exchange a tape within 30 days from receipt of your order.

To exchange a tape, mail it to:

Please include a note stating your order number (located on your receipt), the reason for your exchange, and I will send you a new tape. Additionally, please let me know about your exchange by emailing me at dallyeek@gmail.com.

Tape exchanges are processed and re-shipped within 1-3 business days after they are received.

RETURNS

You may return a tape within 30 days from the date of your order for a refund.
Please email me about your return as soon as possible at dallyeek@gmail.com

To return a tape, mail it to:

Please include a note stating your order number (located on your receipt), and the reason for your return.

Refunds will be made through Paypal upon receipt of the returned tape.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel a tape after you've completed checkout, notify me by email immediately at dallyeek@gmail.com. Please provide your name, email address used on the order, and order number if you have it.

If you haven't completed the payments steps, there is no need to cancel the order.

In the event that you request the cancellation after the order has shipped, please still notify me by email. When when the package arrives, DO NOT OPEN IT. Mark it "RETURN TO SENDER" and put it back in the mail.
